At the turn of the 20th century, Judeo-Christian values were promoted in this nation. By the 1950s, they were celebrated. By the '70s and '80s, they were tolerated, and by the late 2000s, they were hated in popular secular culture.

Echoing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio warned city residents this week to prepare for a "full shutdown" as part of ongoing efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19. The two elected officials better not hold their breath waiting for compliance. Hillsong staffers used the church like a seedy dating service, “sleeping around” with volunteers and asking them to send nude pictures — according to a group of volunteers who allegedly complained about the situation.  The whistleblowers also claimed the organization — which has been rocked by recent revelations that its former leader, Carl Lentz, had multiple affairs — was “a breeding ground for unchecked abuse.”

....For the Christian, which isn't every Trump supporter, this is the individual relationship with God, rights God gives an individual (not a group), and individual salvation or redemption.  God saves individuals, not groups.  A major appeal of Trump to true believers is the individualism he represents in his beliefs
